to offer. It is also considered to be one of the greatest warm climate grape growing regions. The warm climate allows for rapid ripening, and combined with low yields, the wines can achieve excellent quality. We use a combination of French and American oak barrels (medium toast)
to add to and intensify the complexity and depth of wines.
