Our intention was to make a cool, elegant, Shiraz that would be refreshing on the palate and harmonious with a range of cuisine. As it came from cool climate where more complexity and structure is shown, the finish is long, fragrant and refreshing. Furthermore, fruit intensity and palate length are now evident due to consistency of style and evolution.
The color of this wine is both bright fuchsia and slightly dark ruby. Ripe raspberries and plums immediately add fruity sweetness to this bottle of wine, coupled with spicy pepper flavor, which brings a smooth taste. With a touch of smoky chocolate and toasted French oak aromas, this wine has a balance of power and finesse.

For the palate, it has purity of fruit and freshness of flavour, with mint, black pepper, sage leaf, black currant and black cherry complemented by fine supple tannins. This wine also especially well-suited to lamb and black olives dish.

This plummy fruit fills the whole palate and combined with the soft and approachable tannins creates a very mouth filling wine.
